Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. 

 

 

Are your products free from allergens?

We adhere to strict GMP guidelines, but we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace allergens due to how our ingredients are processed by our suppliers. Please read ingredients lists carefully on our product pages to see if the product would be a good fit for you.

 

 

I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?

Our skincare products are gentle and made with sensitive skin in mind, but we always recommend patch testing first, and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs. Damask Rose Hydrolat and Wildflower Radiance Mask are free from essential oils which can be irritating to those with sensitive skin.

 

 

Why does my product look or smell different to my previous purchase?

All of our products are made with raw, natural ingredients. Depending on various factors including the season the ingredient was harvested in, the colour and scent of our products can vary. Differences between batches can occur, but this does not affect the quality of your product. Your products may also look different to how they appear on your screens. 

 

 

I'm pregnant, can I use your products?

Essential oils and herbs are potent and should always be approached with caution if you are pregnant or nursing. Always check with your healthcare provider before consuming any herbal product, or using any skincare that contains essential oils. Please always read our "Note" section on the product page before buying one of our products. 

 

 

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products are made fresh and designed to be used! Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol and/or a Best Before Date on the label or base of the product. Typically our products should be used within 6-12 months of manufacture.

To keep your product fresher for longer, always store in a cool, dark, dry place, do not let water get into the product, and use the product with clean hands. 

 

 

How long does delivery take?

As your products are made fresh to order, there is a current 7 working day processing time before your orders are posted. Thank you for your understanding on this! If you require your products sooner please get in touch and we will try to accommodate you.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Postage and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately 48 hours delivery isn't always guaranteed, especially during busy periods like the run up to Christmas. 

 

 

I own a shop or sell subscription boxes. Do you sell wholesale?
