Delivery And Returns
We currently have a processing time of 3 - 5 business days. This means that your order may be shipped 3 - 5 days after you place it. Please account for delivery time on top of this.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Tracked 48 for items of higher value. We do not charge you extra for shipping, only what Royal Mail charges.
Since postal restrictions and cost of shipping vary from country to country, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to place an order outside of the UK. In your email please tell us what it is you would like to purchase, and to which country.
Issues With Your Products
If you have any problems with your products please send us an email at email@example.com so we can make the situation right. Our customers mean the world to us and we want you to be happy with your order.
Please bear in mind that since our products are 100% natural and handmade, that variations in colour, scent and shape do occur and products may look different to how they appear on your screens.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for our skincare, elixirs and herbal teas. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order please do so within 48 hours of purchasing, otherwise your order may have already been processed.
Products Arrive Damaged
If your product arrives damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including photographs, within 48 hours of your package being delivered. We will happily replace any damaged products if reported to us within this time frame.
