Delivery And Returns

 

Domestic Shipping

As we are a small business and your products are made fresh to order for you, we currently have a processing time of 7 business days. This means that your order may be shipped 7 business days after you place it. Please account for delivery time on top of this.

Thank you for your understanding on this! If you need your products sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

All products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Postage. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed.

 

 

International Shipping

Since postal restrictions and cost of shipping vary from country to country, if you would like an accurate quote for the cost of shipping your parcel, please send us an email at info@milasapothecary.co.uk if you would like to place an order outside of the UK. In your email please tell us what it is you would like to purchase, and to which country.

Please note we cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit overseas, or local customs that you may have to pay to receive your goods. 

 

 

Issues With Your Products

If you have any problems with your products (such as being damaged, defective or receiving the wrong item) please send us an email as soon as possible to info@milasapothecary.co.uk so we can make the situation right. Our customers mean the world to us and we want you to be happy with your order. 

 

Please bear in mind that since our products are 100% natural and handmade, that variations in colour, scent and shape do occur and products may look different to how they appear on your screens. 

 

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for our skincare and herbal drinks unless they are faulty. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (this excludes our perishable herbal drinks and skincare). In order for your goods to be refunded, they must be returned to us unopened and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase from our online store.

 

To start a return, please email us at info@milasapothecary.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will email you our address to send your products back to. You are responsible for paying for your return, we cannot be held liable for your return being lost in the mail so we advise you use a postal service that is traceable.

 

Once the products have been received by us and as long as they can be processed for a refund, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Products sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 

 

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of purchasing.

 

 

Products Arrive Damaged

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, if your product arrives damaged please email us at info@milasapothecary.co.uk, including photographs of the damage. We will happily replace any products that have been damaged or lost in transit.
